Background
Vania Goshe was born in 1976 and raised in Chirpan, South Eastern Bulgaria, where her talent and passion for art emerged at a young age.
In 1992–1993, she began formal art training at the School of Art and Music in her hometown under the guidance of artist Edrey Mihaylov (Rocco). From 1993 to 1996, Vania continued to develop her skills through private lessons with a number of respected Bulgarian artists, including Vladimir Kondarev (Chirpan), Elena Poneva (Troyan), Muzafer Sabri-Muzo (Chirpan), Veljo Mitev (Veliko Tarnovo), Ivan Ivanov (Veliko Tarnovo), and Prof. Georgi Stajkov (Veliko Tarnovo).
She went on to pursue higher education at New Bulgarian University in Sofia, graduating in TV and Cinema Camera Operation within the Department of Cinema, Television, and Show Business.
Following her studies, Vania worked as a videographer in television and as a camera operator for international film companies. Alongside her media career, she continued nurturing her artistic journey by participating in group and solo exhibitions and undertaking commissioned work in her spare time.
Vania has held 19 solo exhibitions in several well-known Maltese galleries, including:
Marie Gallery 5, Christine X Gallery, Ir-Razzett tal-Markiz Mallia Tabone, The Phoenicia Hotel, The Palace Hotel, Gemelli Gallery, and the Swieqi Local Council Gallery.
She has also participated in over 100 group exhibitions and art events.

Notte Bianca (2009) – Collaboration with renowned Maltese photographer Kevin Casha.
The exhibition, titled “Artfusion”, combined photography and painting and was held at Casino Maltese, Valletta.

Birgufest, Swieqi Fest, Senglea Maritime Festival, Għanafest, Strada Art Festival, Malta Arts Festival, Sliema Street Arts Festival, Żabbar Festival, and The Great Spring Show.

Vania’s paintings were featured in the movie “Mix Up in the Mediterranean” (USA/Canada/Malta, 2021), filmed at The Phoenicia Hotel, Valletta.
